Junior Trials today!
I got thrashed by a national fencer, but it doesn't upset me because I learnt a lot from it :)
Plus I made my own personal achievements today. I used one of the tricks Coach taught us, and it worked perfectly (almost actually, I was a little slow, but it still worked :))
And, I actually beat another national fencer. I didn't know she was one, until Sherry told me after the match!
And when Gerard told me that I'm facing a nat in the first DE, I totally .__.ed. Not to mention that yellow card plus warning spooked me. So I still havfe a long way to go in learning to fence properly even under pressure.
Tomorrow I shall really study. Really.
Happy Valentines/CNY
I woke up and came to school happy today, because there was only maths in the morning, before CNY concert.
During break, Caleb visited me at my class level and gave me a pink rose. That is in full bloom! Damn pretty. So sweet of him :)
We then went around to look for and disturb the other fencers around, picking up Monisha and Gerard on the way.
After crapping around for a while, Monisha kinda got high on air, as usual, and passed it on to me.
Chinese new year concert were pretty good at some points, pretty boring at others. As usual. But the ODAC performance was the epic for me because they were soo funny.
It was supposed to be training after that. But eventually Gerard cancelled it because few people turned up and we all didn't want PT. We decided to go out instead, and suddenly the people who ponned training popped up out of nowhere. However for some reasons, it ended up with only me, Gerard and Monisha eating at Far East.
After that Monisha left for her tuition, so I stoned around with Gerard waiting for Carissa to come. But she ended late so we just went home.
I still wanna watch Percy and the Lightning Thief :(
When I got home I told my mom the pink rose is from a guy, and the yellow one was from a girl, Monisha. She bought for all of us yesterday :)
I thought she'd ask, "what guy?" but instead she asked, "why got girl?"
Nice.
I think on Valentines Day/CNY this Sunday, I'm gonna sleep at home. HAHA.

BRONZE medal!
I'm so proud of CJC fencers, we totally rocked the competition. Four of us made it to the quarter finals, no other schools did it. :)
We made the coach eat back his words that we're the worst batch, because we're the best!
I hope we'll really do well for team event this saturday. I know we'll put in our best, as we did for individuals.
Anyway just wanted to say I'm grateful to Jack for coming down. Hahaha. He listened to me explain most of the stuff, and watched me make it past the first Direct Elimination round :) And promised to treat me ice cream since I did! HAHA.
Okay fine now must do maths.
